Sizing- Sizes are noted in item descriptions and are as accurate as possible. To determine your size, measure your wrist and add 1 - 1 1/4" for a toggle clasp or 3/4 - 1" for a trigger, lobster or spring clasp. If you know you'd prefer it lengthened or shortened please let me know when ordering.
Giftwrapping - A gift box is included at no extra charge with your jewelry order!
Shipping - $4.50 for USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within the continental US. International orders are $8 for Global Priority Mail. We also offer DHL overnight ($15) and DHL 2nd day ($11) options. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Payment - We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express as well as money orders and personal checks (items will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank). Make checks payable to: Amy's Bead Creations.
Guarantee - If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receipt in it's original condition and we will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping/handling or exchange it for a different item. Amy's Bead Creations offers a 30 day warranty which covers breakage and defective parts. All repairs must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and specific instructions.You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping anything back. Returns without an RMA will be refused. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Privacy - We value you as a customer and we take your privacy seriously. By joining our mailing list, we may periodically send you special offers and new product information. We do not sell our customer list.
